Technical
Team
People who have worked inside buildings — not just around them. Our experience comes from direct involvement in construction, inspection, and project management in Chile.
Experience from
inside the industry.
The team behind Pelvodi has accumulated experience across construction management, building inspection, technical specification, and contractor supervision in Chile. We have worked on residential towers, mixed-use developments, and building rehabilitation projects.
This background means we understand how contractors think, where corners get cut, and what a properly specified project looks like. We use that knowledge on behalf of building communities — not contractors.
What guides
our work.
Technical rigor
Every scope we write is specific enough that any qualified contractor can price it accurately. Vague specifications produce incomparable quotes and disputes during execution.
Independence
We maintain no commercial relationships with contractors, suppliers, or material manufacturers. Our recommendations cannot be influenced by third-party commercial interests.
Plain communication
Technical findings are translated into clear language for building committees. We explain what we found, what it means, and what the options are — without unnecessary complexity.
Documentation
Every phase of our engagement is documented — scope, tender, evaluation, supervision visits, and acceptance. The building community has a complete record of every decision made.
On-site presence
Supervision happens in person, at the site, during critical phases of execution. We do not manage projects remotely or rely on contractor self-reporting.
Regulatory awareness
We work within the Chilean regulatory framework — SEC, OGUC, DS 47, and relevant Chilean standards — and ensure that projects meet applicable requirements at handover.
What we are —
and what
we are not.
We are a technical coordination and supervision service. We define scopes, run tenders, evaluate offers, and supervise execution.
We are not a construction company. We do not execute works, supply materials, or employ tradespeople. This separation is deliberate — it ensures our interests are always aligned with the building community, not with the execution of the work.
We are engaged for a specific project and disengage when the work is formally accepted. The building community retains full control of all decisions and expenditures throughout the process.
